What difference between Toy poodle, Tiny toy poodle & Tea cup toy poodle?

In official FCI registration, all is same.. all poodle under 11" is just under name of Toy Poodle.. no tiny or teacup.
Tiny toy poodle and teacup toy poodle is unofficial size variation from the breeder.

 Toy poodle's height is up to 11" - 28 cm
 Tiny toy poodle's height is up to 10" - 25 cm
 Tea cup toy poodle's height is up to 9" - 23 cm

When my Poodle stop growing?

That question is always tickle, when you adopt a new poodle, hoping to get a small toy. Afraid if the seller gave you a bigger one.
It is safe, when you adopt the puppy on his/her 7-8months old. She/he would already have the tallest point.
But of course, if you are looking for that age, it is very difficult because all puppies usualy go to their new home on 1,5-2 months age.

If possible, see the the dam & sire, it will help a lot. The puppy will not grow far from them.
If you can not do that, maybe this size list below can help you to decide:

1,5 month - 14cm
2 months - 15cm
4 months - 20cm
6 months - 24cm
8 months - 26 cm

And...please get your puppy from trusted kennel....I found many illegal practice, the certificate is made up. It is possible the puppy is not a pure breed or the parents not registered as a pure breed, but they borrow other certificate to get a registered litter. Don't ever buy your puppy from money oriented kennel like this. They just want your money. Love and health not their priority.
But if you are seeking for a dog who will love you, it is fine, no need poodle pure breed...all dogs are loveable. Just don't let them cheat on you.

Poodle Personality

Intelligent, loving, loyal, and mischievous are four words Poodle enthusiasts commonly use to describe the breed's personality. The Poodle is also known for what his fans call "an air of distinction": a dignified attitude that's hard to describe, but easy to spot in the dog.

The Poodle is protective of his home and family, and if strangers approach your house, he'll sound a warning bark to let you know. And although he's affectionate with his family, he may take a while to warm up to new people.

An outstanding trait of the Poodle is his intelligence. He is often said to have human-like intelligence, an amazing cleverness that astounds his owners. Of course, smart dogs can be difficult to live with. They learn fast — good habits and bad — and they remember everything.

Choosing The Right Puppy for The Right Home

Puppies are born with character, same as we are We will always do a 'psicho test' to our puppies, so we hope we can find the best character that would match their new owner.
In the future, we hope there is no abandoned dog again.
I have a friend that has a new puppy, it is so sad to heard how she is saying how stupid the puppy is.
No, all puppies are not stupid, they got character that you must know, so you would know how to teach.
Same as a child... you can't just push your kid as you want without knowing how the best way to do it, some need more patience, some other might need special treatment.

We can't warranty if our test are 100% valid...no..puppies are smart living creature, they can adapt.
Same as we are, they have (limited) ability to change but might need a good handling.
With a knowing about the puppy character, we hope you find it easier to handle.

Grading a puppy is not very easy, we just can do it when he/she reaches 7weeks old.
That is why, they are ready to adopt after that ages.
Except the 'psicho test' we are grading their structure too...so after that time, we will let you know the price. Because the show prospect quality is the highest price.
